Site of new ‘luxury’ flats at the Brixton end of Coldharbour Lane, note typeface. Surprised the developers didn’t shoehorn a bullet hole into the logo somewhere, or something equally wanky. This also comes at a time when lots of long term squatters are being evicted from houses in Rushcroft Road, because the council, who own the blocks are seeing the £££’s as Brixton has become a more desirable place to live. I have this Stonewall sticker on the back of my ID, Stonewall posters all around the school, postcards in the library and lots of resources for teachers in the staff room. The students really respond well and ask lots of questions.
I can’t afford to go to their conference this year, but if you can…do.Lenny is an ace librarian, as well as being an excellent person generally. Yes!
